I am Ebenezer Kofi Wiredu Sagoe, a Master’s candidate at the Regional Maritime University in Accra-Ghana.
As part of the data collection process on the project titled “the effect of supply chain management practices on
franchise business model in Ghana: the leadership approach”, I am writing kindly to request your participation
in the survey by completing the questionnaire, which is purposely to sample views employees on the effect of
SCM practices on franchise effectiveness in Ghana and the role of leadership style and culture in this
relationship.
The purpose of this study is to examine “the effect of SCM practices on franchise effectiveness in Ghana and
the role of leadership style and culture in this relationship.” Your insights as an employee will be invaluable in
achieving these objectives. The survey aims to gather your perspectives on the current state of SCM within
franchises in Ghana and the influence of leadership and culture on these practices. The findings are expected to
contribute to academic literature, providing insights for strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and
policy formulation aimed at improving franchise operations in Ghana. Completing the questionnaire will take
approximately 10-15 minutes. Please be assured that your responses will be kept confidential, and all data will
be aggregated and anonymized for analysis and academic purposes. No individual information will be
disclosed.
